My first reaction hearing this on Sirius XM radio while working my day job was "Oh Snap! New Amerie or Ameriie? But guess what people's it's not Amerie at all on singing this song. A female artist that sounds very much like her going by the name Ursula. The song "Down With Me" samples DJ Kool's "Let Me Clear My Throat" at the beginning but then hits with a high tempo beat.
